Our Organic Farm
Come and learn about our circular, zero-waste food production system.
Each year, our eco farm produces over 10,000kg of organic fruits and vegetables which are shared amongst humans, animal residents and our wild friends such as birds and bees.
In return, our ponies, pigs and rabbits give back roughly 3000kg of poop which is fermented and transformed into rich, nutritious fertilizer for our soil.
Our reservoir collects 69000m3 of pristine mountain spring water which is used to irrigate our crops. No wonder everything tastes so sweet!
